Roommate wanted for July 1st

We're two professional women in our early thirties seeking similarly stable to share our fantastic apartment in a lovely neighborhood starting July 1st.
Apartment is in Somerville about 10-15 minutes from both Davis and Porter Square. Our apt. is the top two floors of two family house with other tenants on first floor. (It really is a GREAT apartment!)
There are three bedrooms (all with HUGE closets and ceiling fans), one guestroom, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen (with lots of cabinets, counter space and dishwasher), washer and dryer in basement (shared with other tenants), and some storage in basement. On-street parking with a Somerville parking permit.
Our roommate is leaving to pursue jobs overseas. The two of us who are staying have been roommates for 2+ years.
Rent is $600 per month, plus utilities . Gas heat but we've got good insulation. First & last & security deposit required. No pets.
