Hi everyone,

I will be looking for a new apartment and would love to stay in the west somerville, davis area, but will expand my search to arlington, cambridge etc. Aside from CraigsList, where have you had luck looking? Ideally, I don't want to pay a fee, but I might have to.

For those who emailed me about more details on my break in, its coming via email, i've been swamped with some work stuff and apartment/landlord stuff.

I've never dealt with a realtor in this area, but a friend found Veri Realty in Powderhouse Sq decent.

I had a wonderful experience with Maven Realty in Davis on Highland. Nice listings, great staff, half fee only. I found my current place with them on my first try.

seconded. We've used John twice and have been found him to be very responsive and easy to work with. He has all sorts of listings, fee, no-fee, half-fee (depends on the landlord).

www.bostonapartments.com has a ton of stuff, and lots of search options. I also recommend Benoit Real Estate on Highland Ave through a friend who recently had a great experience with them.
