davis_square | (no subject)

I'm looking for another female to rent one bedroom in beautiful, spacious two bedroom (second floor) apartment near Davis/Porter Squares, available Aug. 1st (the year-long lease starts Aug. 1, but a July 28th move-in is possible). 5-8 min. walk to Davis Square, 10 minute walk to Porter on a quaint little Somerville street.

Living room, spacious dining room (which is currently under-utilized. Do you need a place to put your pool table? Foosball table? Dart board? Erm...Dining table?), kitchen with pantry (plus loads of counter space; also under-utilized by me, but my current roommate loves it), and two (TWO!) balconies. Laundry is just around the corner. Landlady (and her family) are very friendly without being intrusive.

$750/month, require first and security. Your half of the utilities (gas heat, electricity, and wireless internet/cable) will run from roughly $90 in summer to $150 in extremely coldest winter months; however, new windows have been installed recently, which cuts down on costs).

I am a 23 year-old professional female who is reasonably quiet and clean, but not a neat freak. I'm looking for someone who is friendly, but also okay doing their own thing. Because the landlady lives downstairs, we've never been big party people -- so quiet is a plus; no party animals, please (but guests are welcome! We're friendly :) Just a quiet friendly).
