davis_square | Somerville Adult Ed Teacher Signup Ends August 22nd. (Reply)

We've been visiting many of the businesses around Davis Square lately, and we're happy to report that our mission to create a Somerville Education Cooperative is well underway. Our primary goal is to find and promote businesses and individuals who teach or provide workshops in Somerville. We also seek to provide a centralized source for registration and coordination of adult education in the city.

We are a non-profit organization made up of people who are committed to the principle of lifelong learning, and want to spread the word about the wealth of knowledge that exists in the Somerville community. In turn, we have begun to attract more speakers, teachers, and workshop providers into Somerville.

Thank you to all of the businesses that have signed up for the September/October session. We are thrilled at the support we've received!

If you haven't yet registered to teach, this is a friendly reminder that the deadline will be August 22nd if you wish to be listed in our booklet.
