davis_squareThere's been a string of daytime burglaries around Davis Square.
Apparently yesterday, a burglar tried to break into a house in the area, and the homeowner was at home and armed. He/She shot the intruder in the shoulder, and he bled his way to the Davis T stop, where he was arrested.
(Second-hand report from a friend who saw the story on the 10:00 news last night.)
