Yes it is; I still get messed up by those lights. If anyone reading this was nearly run down by a maroon Subaru station wagon running the red light, while crossing from the center island to the funeral home a couple nights ago, that was me and I'm sorry.
What really frosts my ass is the pedestrian crossing signal exiting the rotary on Broadway eastbound, which hoses the entire intersection whenever someone pushes the button.
