Just an fyi...traffic on RT2 is REALLY bad. My husband has been sitting in traffic to come home from a job site for about 25 mins already and he is still stuck by Faces. I guess all the Red Sox fans are parking at the bowling alley and what not to walk to Alewife. So I figured Id give a heads up if you are driving that way :)

A friend did mention one or 2 multi-car accidents on Route 2 this AM, however I think that was west of Worcester.

Boston Now rag says that #1 is not crossing the river. I suggest #47 bus instead, or else Red Line to downtown, Silver Line bus to BNC
