When Pigs Fly report

I know some folks who read the When Pigs Fly post, including me, were wondering whether the prices in the store are as high as they are on the website. I'm pleased to report that they're not. I picked up a loaf of the sweet potato bread today for $6 (listed as $8.50 on the website) and a spinach ciabatta (not listed on the website) for $5. The store is also generous with free samples.

I was there and picked up some banana pecan bread and some rolls. The attention was great and the prices were reasonable - considering the cupcake place wants >$3 for a cupcake, a $5-$6 loaf of bread seems cheap.

I had two loves of their bread at brunch today at my place and I was very impressed with both. A great addition to the neighborhood, I think.

They're open until 7:30 PM, not 6 as posted earlier here and on their website.

I got their spinach onion garlic bread and almost ate the whole thing in one sitting.

Yep, they told me that after about a week, they realized that they needed to stay open later in our neighborhood.
