Where are your favorite Somerville Holiday Decorations?

Help us tour guides out.
Recommend some of the better Somerville holiday displays that probably won't be on the Illuminations Tour.
(The map does suggest that the route has changed in a few spots this year, but, it's still no nearer to Davis. Mostly to keep the tour under an hour).

Lowden Ave. is pretty bright this year. Hall St. Ave. has at least one big display. As does Grove.

Lexington Ave. is usually pretty awesome, although I haven't managed to see if the Palm Trees are up yet.
Has the big display on Rogers Ave. just stopped happening?

I'm not sure how late I'll be able to check here for your recommendations, but probably at least once after 12 noon tomorrow.

alas, the visible-from-space glow on stickney ave seems to be on permanent hiatus.

rumor is that there's a tropical themed one on the tour this year too, and I usually mention lexington ave too.

also, that your landlady at one point asked me just how crazy her decorations had to get to be included on the tour. (it's not an uncommon question on the trolley, so I usually tell her story to nip it in the bud, as it were.)

I live on Rogers and, while I've not been down that end of it lately, there are parts of Rogers/Boston/Willow that I expect are visible from space. You may as well walk around the area, assuming of course that you *can*, per the sidewalk-shoveling discussions earlier ;).

I used to live across the insane Rogers Ave mess, and man, if they did stop this year it's for the good of mankind.

We have just returned from a morning walk, and That House on Rogers does not have its display this year. (Unless it's under the particularly huge piles of snow, but the lions are still inside of plastic bags all taped up...)

I have mixed feelings about this.

We just got back from the Illuminations Tour. Our trolley did not go down Partridge Ave, but it looked quite well lit from Medford Street. I'd like to revisit it on foot soon.

Our walking route home from City Hall took us down Lexington Avenue, which is also worth a visit.
