Headlamp found on Kidder @Highland Rd

I was keeping an eye peeled for the lost yaktrax mentioned recently, and I found a headlamp lying forlornly in the road. I thought I'd post it in case it was lost by someone who reads this board.

Oh and... should there be a lost & found tag?

Oddly, I found a bullet on the street near Holland St. and Wallace St. today-- inscribed"W W SUPER 30-06 SPRG" which Google tells me means it's a standard .30-06 rifle shell used in most US military rifles prior to the '70s and in a vast number of hunting and target firearms today. Weeeeird.
