Greg Cook is a fantastic artist and comic book author. He has been published in Nickelodeon Magazine, The Believer, New Art Examiner, Non, and numerous other publications and his art has been exhibited in venues from Gloucester, MA to Napoli, Italy and Angoulême, France. His darkly funny comic book, Catch as Catch Can, was published by Highwater Books in 2001 and his work toured the United States as part of the exhibit "Comic Release: Negotiating Identity for a New Generation" in 2003 and 2004. A newspaper reporter for nearly a decade, Cook is now writing and illustrating a graphic novel documentary about American veterans of the war in Iraq, to be published by a division of Henry Holt Books.

Kari Percival is a delightful illustrator, storyteller, and puppetmaker. Her illustrations embrace whimsy while they reveal the magic behind everyday relationships in the natural world. Kari holds a Bachelor's of Fine Art from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a Master's in Environmental Studies from Antioch New England Graduate School. Her work combines her knowledge of ecology with her love of painting and drawing for people of all ages, and she especially enjoys making art for the very young.
