Ok some bastard stole the lighted Holiday bear from my Herbert St micro-lawn. I would like the bear returned but I will settle for the perpetrator(s) being beaten.

I suggest burning the perpetrator's hands and feet and making em dance for small change and the amusement of passers-by. Or using em for bear-baiting.
