Anne-Marie and Natalie are usually open from around noon (Natalie comes in earlier on Saturday) to around 5:30 or 6, but don't try to pin them down to specific times :).

If you mean Salon Femia, I understand their posted hours are 10am to 8pm Tuesday through Friday, and 9am to 4pm on Saturday. I think some of the aesthetic treatments have more limited hours. I would just call them at 617 623 0399, though, to find out the real deal.

Salonika just moved there too, you can reach them via http://hairbysalonika.com/contact.html

Just my 2cents, I prefer Salon Femia, but was a long time customer of Salonika.

I hope nobody looks at their web site and then tries to find the place. The photo on that page is of their old location on Highland Ave. Their new place looks nothing like it. The map also shows the old location!

And yes I tried e-mailing them about the error, only to get this:

procmail: Quota exceeded while writing "/var/spool/mail/hairbysalonika"
550 5.0.0 <hairbysalonika@hairbysalonika.com>... Can't create output

What is funny is that I liked how she cut my hair but she was always complaining about lack of business - I suggested a few things to help with marketing and she didn't do any of them - such as get a customer mailing list/emailing list etc - I think sometimes small business owners are either clueless or too busy to deal with marketing - but little things can really drum up business, and things like a non working email address can put customers off.

For future reference when people get here via the tags -- what's the name of this establishment?

Can I ask you a random tag question, sorry if its been asked before. Is there a way to have it set with a drop down menu of all the tags when posting?

No. Unfortunately, LJ does not provide this capability. I'd love to have it.

LJ does try to auto-complete any tag that you type in to the 'Post an Entry' form, but this is not always helpful.

Instead, I recommend posting without a tag, then hitting the Tag button on the new post, which will bring you to a form containing a menu of all possible tags.

That works, thanks.

I've never really noticed a sign or anything denoting a proper business name. Not for lack of looking for one, either.
