Sacco's /"The Connections Center" Meeting Feb 25th, 7-9 at the VFW Dilboy.

Hi Everyone,

I know there have been a lot of rumors and speculation  floating around about Sacco's and our plans for the property. We have been waiting to share more details because there has been a lot still in flux.  I think at this point though, its important to share in more detail our concept and what we would ideally like to do in Davis Square. 

My team and I would like to invite you to come to a presentation  and discussion on Feb. 25th at the VFW Dilboy. The meeting is 7 -9 ...but we will be there at 6:30 with coffee and snacks (other beverages, including water will need to be purchased at the bar at the Dilboy).  Park in the back lot and use the back door entrance off of the parking lot. 

I know its short notice....I hope you can come!!   I would really like to meet you all and would love your creative input/ feedback .  We will be having additional meetings in the future as well.

Also, please let me know if you think you can make it with a comment so i can get some idea of attendance.(We are posting to other locations, and will be flyering as well. )

PS. After a lot of feedback here on LJ, we are in fact changing the name ...but for ease of recognition, Im keeping the working name of "the Connections Center". :-)

I will try to attend, but FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, can we get some 10 Pin around here? I'm sure you've been to Lanes and Games...I was there at 6pm on a saturday (figuring we'd beat the after dinner rush) and waited THREE hours to play. Pretty much every week night is all leagues.

People I talk to everywhere don't even know where to bowl in Boston (aside from one or two swanky joints downtown).

I know it's a MA thing, but do people really like candlepin better?

So how about it, some 10 pin lanes, and maybe squeeze in some duckpin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duckpin_bowling) lanes, which are shorter I believe, if you've got the extra space.

is this meeting still going on? i need to cover a meeting for class and since this actually interests me and is local i want to attend. Will you still be there til 9? I don't get done here in boston until about 7. Let me know ASAP.
