Roommate needed!

My roommate is moving out in May, so I need a new roommate for anytime between May 8 and June 1. We have a 3-bedroom in Teele Square, about a 15-min. walk to Davis. It's all hardwood floors, a big kitchen with diswasher and disposal, a parking space, a backyard garden - your typical nice one-floor-of-a-triple-decker. The rent is $600/mo. plus utilities. My other housemate and I are mid-twenties female professionals, and I'm also a grad student. We're looking for someone clean, responsible, and fun, just like us (if we do say so ourselves).
