Robbery last night at Powderhouse and Packard

A couple people were robbed at knifepoint near the Tufts campus around 1 a.m. last night at Powderhouse and Packard Ave. Somerville and Tufts police are looking for a white male with a crewcut who got into a waiting red Taurus hatchback which headed up towards campus.

People, if you noticed a car like this scoping out the area last night, I'm sure the police would like to hear about it. Also in December we had a post about a robbery at the same place and same time at night.

There was a recall (http://auto-recalls.justia.com/content/91V145000-FORD-TAURUS-1992.html) of 1992 Tauruses, because of a problem with the hatchback/liftgate support mechanism.

Hard to recall a car that doesn't exist.
