On Saturday, June 15th from 12noon to 6pm, the Cambridge River
Festival will bring music, arts and crafts from around the world and for all
ages to Memorial Drive! Included in the festivities is "Jim Infantino and
Band" at 3:30pm. There's a ton to do for kids, including puppets, artmaking,
instrument construction, face painting and more. On five stages, you'll hear
world music, jazz, folk, performance poetry and gospel, in addition to a
family music stage.
The whole thing takes place along Memorial Drive between JFK Street and
Western Avenue. The best way to get there is to take the T to Harvard Square
and walk down JFK Street towards the river. Turn left onto Memorial Drive
and you're there.
Rain date for the Cambridge River Festival is Sunday, June 16th.
