Entry for Ras na hEireann?

I was referred here by someone on Yelp. I really want to run the Ras Na hEireann this Sunday and am flying in for the occasion, but didn't register (I know, my own fault) and now the registration is closed. Did anyone here by chance register and decide that they don't want to do it? I'll pay for your bib/registration.

I saw the topic on it below, but wanted to do a fresh post rather than a comment that might not get read - hope that's okay.

They really don't like you to do that- it screws up all their insurance stuff, and anyone who's caught passing their race numbers off to other people is generally banned from future races.

I've done a lot of races that allow you to make transfers. I'm definitely not looking to break the rules here - just hoping to find a way to run the race. If it is in fact breaking their rules (didn't see mention of transfers on their website), please ignore my request.

Tim was nice enough to get me his extra, and I ran a personal record! Whoo hoo I'm thrilled :)
