Largish (11x14') and really inexpensive room available June 1st in somerville near Tufts. 10 minute walk from davis, 15 minutes from porter. Place is 3br on first floor of a three family home and rent is $433.33 a month +utilities (first and last month's rent required). Parking is on street and spaces are sometimes avaiable to rent by the month. Roomies are female, mid-twenties, one professional, one grad student. Very queer-friendly (I'm queer, she's straight), pagan-friendly, Jew-friendly, freak-friendly, and just about every other friendly you can think of. Looking for non-smoker, minimal drinker, responsible and laid back person 21+ and female preferred.
