Looking for 2br 8/15 start

I'm trying to find a place in Davis by the end of May, to start August 15. This is pretty tough, because legally a landlord can't ask tenants to show a place more than 60 days before the lease is up. So if there is a kind tenant out there who knows their lease will be up 8/15 (8/1 is doable too, and maybe even 7/15 if we're really desperate) and has an apartment like this, please get in touch with me: jlackow03@yahoo.com - my name's Jon.

Us cute young couplers are looking for anything that fits this description: 2 bedroom, second floor or higher, with laundry in the building, for $1600 or less a month, a half mile or less from the Davis T. These are things we'd also like, but are not essentials: dishwasher; unit in a building rather than a house; top floor; utilities included; recently remodeled; a quarter mile or less from the T; central air/heating; equal-sized bedrooms. We don't care about parking or noise.
