davis sq sublet, $550, 5 min from T

We're trying to sublet a room in an apartment about 5 minutes from the
Davis Sq T stop (red line). It is available now through the end of
the summer (the exact dates are negotiable). The room has three large
windows, a door out onto a balcony, and a (small) built-in mirror.

The apartment has four bedrooms, large living room and dining room,
large newly renovated kitchen, and 1.5 baths. It also has two
balconies, yard access, and a shared driveway. Smoking and pets are
not ok.

The three roommates are all recent graduates (two are now graduate
students, one is working). We all have pretty busy schedules, but
will hang out together and chat when they're home. Parties are pretty
uncommon, however. The place is pretty clean, and all of the
residents do try to help keep it that way, especially the kitchen.

The residents also split the cost of utilities, internet access,
cable, and phone, which are not included in the rent.

We're looking for a friendly person who is interested in taking the
room for some or all of the time between now and September 1. If
you're interested, please reply and I can show you the place and
introduce you to my roommates.
