Dog-Friendly Apartment Available

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this community, but not new to Davis. I'm helping my landlord by spreading the word about the 3-bedroom apartment available in our house on Bay State Ave. (he's hoping to fill by May 1 but May 15 or June 1 would be okay). Its a nice roomy apartment, and Dogs Are Allowed!! There's free basement laundry, negotiable driveway parking, front and back porch, yard, cool location and very cool landlord. I'm not sure if it's kosher to post the price here, but it's less than $2K per month, with some flexibility.
