Looking for location for short film

I need a location for a film shoot happening THIS WEEKEND.

We're looking for a room that could pass for a lobby in a dormitory or apartment building. Something that looks a little old-fashioned and rough around the edges would do the job. At this point, however, I'll content myself with almost anything that could pass for an apartment lobby.

We have liability insurance and I could make a small donation to offset the cost of electricity. The cast, crew, and I are available from 10am on and would take about six hours or less to get the footage we need. This is a silent film, so there are no worries about us being disruptive or of your sound "disturbing" us.

Here's the catch: due to cast availability, we have to shoot this weekend. One of my cast members is going on a trip starting next weekend, and another cast member is leaving town as soon as the first returns.

I have some calls in to a few local hostels and to some friends with connections on college campuses, but I'm stuck right now. Does anyone know of something I might not have thought of?

Hmmmmm, try 379 Broadway, run by Dupuis Realty. I used to live there and it used to be a hotel. I don't have their number anymore, but they're fairly mellow and it really does feel like a small hotel lobby.
