Yes, Ethan writes for the Globe as well as other fine publications. Here's a very abbreviated bio:

After five years in Paris, Ethan Gilsdorf moved to Somerville, where he makes his living as a freelance journalist, poet, critic, editor and teacher. His articles, essays and reviews have been published in dozens of magazines, newspapers, and guidebooks worldwide including The New York Times, Boston Globe,National Geographic Traveler, Psychology Today, The Washington Post and Fodor’s. The winner of the Hobblestock Peace Poetry Competition and the Esmé Bradberry Contemporary Poets Prize, Gilsdorf has published poems in literary journals such as Poetry, The Southern Review, The Massachusetts Review, and Exquisite Corpse, and the anthologies Future Welcome; Short Fuse: The Global Anthology of New Fusion Poetry; and Outsiders: Poems About Rebels, Exiles, and Renegades.
