AVAILABLE 6/1/04: 1 br. at Somewhere Over the Bike Path, a 3br apartment in Somerville. Close to Davis, Porter & Ball Sqs. Summer sublet with possible option to renew for another year. Apt. is entire 2nd floor of triple-decker, and has 2 balconies, coin-op ldry. & plenty of storage in bsmt., lg. kitchen with (portable) d/w & lots of cabinets, & free on-st. pkg. (no permit needed). Room is $625/mo.+ util. (gas, elec., local phone, DSL, & cable, possible monthly cleaning service). We are 1 male (27) and 1 female (22), laid-back, not neat-freaks, not the world's heaviest partiers, although we do occasionally have a few friends over. We are geek-, queer-, poly- and kink-friendly, and are looking for someone reliable, communicative (as opposed to communicable), and relatively uninterested in chemicals (alcohol is fine, antidepressants are a way of life and to be expected, anything beyond that requires negotiation).
