Our Mystic Ave 93N access is out til tomorrow

Just got the Somerville she's-not-Tom-Champion phone call: Til sometime tomorrow, we've lost that 93N onramp[Edit: the one AT Home Depot]. It said for emergency repairs, and I haven't found what that's concerning. But there it is(not).
Pop on up to the next Mystic Ave onramp or Meffa, down to da Museum a' Science, etc. for your 93N cruisin' needs.

Boston.com is saying "protuding bridge joint" as the cause.

That article says it's the ramp from Mystic Avenue in Medford, which is misleading. The Home Depot ramp is in Somerville, and the next northbound ramp is in fact in Medford, and also comes from Mystic Avenue.

Mass Highway called our Police Dept, which called Lesley -- and Lesley called everybody in Wards 4 and 1. Apparently (not yet confirmed) the decision was made by a Mass Highway crew on the scene.

(I was at the dentist's and missed the whole thing.)

Personally, I go up past tufts to the Rt 16 onramp every morning to get to 93 N. I just can't stand all the traffic around 38/Harvard Street. I miss red-lining to work.
