davis_squareHalf of a 2 bedroom apartment (the bedroom itself is about 130 sq feet, apartment is quite large) near Tufts university becoming available for July 1st move in!
The apartment is the first floor of a two family home on a small side street just over the border into Medford. Washer and dryer in the basement which are free to use, street parking but it is non-permit and easy to get. HUGE kitchen, living room and dining room. There is one cat in residence. Other pets can be discussed. Rent is $725 a month, utilities including internet run about $150, more if we add cable tv. On the 96 busline and 101, 10 minute walk from the 94 and 80.
