Do you have an affiliation with a local university? Tufts, Harvard and MIT all have squash courts although they are for use only by those in the university "community?" MIT is fairly loose with their definition of community, however, including contractors and "Friends".
Yeah, I was going to suggest universities as well. Even though racquetball is far more popular than squash in the American public, the universities tend to have squash courts rather than racquetball.
Your best bet might be to contact Berklee directly. Since Berklee doesn't have athletic facilities, they probably have deals with local gyms, one of which may have squash courts.
To add another note about universities, if you have a friend that goes to Tufts and is willing, they can bring you with them as a guest for free. I'm not sure about the other schools...
Several of the older Harvard houses have a large surplus of squash courts in the basement, though they might not be the current standard size. They're not formally managed, so if someone let you in you could use them for free.
