I just learned that if you have lived in Somerville or Medford for more then 6 months you can audit one class a semester at Tufts for the cost of registering ie only $45! (at least for the summer programs) I checked the past logs on this site and this info is buried in a sting of comments from two years ago, but since there are probably many people that have joined in the past two years seems like it is worth mentioning. I found it very exciting..... http://ase.tufts.edu/summer/other.asp

Date: 2008-06-03 12:22 am (UTC)is resident auditing for the summer only?
Date: 2008-07-06 02:12 am (UTC)If so, know where I could find a form to register? I did some nosing around on the Tufts website but didn't see one. Also, you mention a necessity of living in Somerville for at least 6 months but I don't see that anywhere as a requirement. Why do you believe that is required?
Thanks!
Re: is resident auditing for the summer only?
Date: 2008-07-07 09:02 pm (UTC)For enrolling during the regular semester it seems to be more expensive. There is some info about grad classes here: http://www.tufts.edu/alumni/ed-community.html
You could also call the summer session office and they would probably know where to direct you for the regular semester info: (617) 627-3454
