Like it better hot? This month Fair Trade Organic Ethiopia is available and it is from the Sidamo region rather than the Harrar. For all you coffee fanatics out there, FTO Ethiopia from Sidamo is milder and contains notes of citrus. Looking for full flavor without the kick? Try Decaf FTO Mexico, which will be available all month.

In case you haven't figured it out, we are very particular about our coffee - where it comes from, how it's roasted and how it tastes. We take pride in being "fair". Fair with our employees, fair with our customers, and fair with the people who grow the coffee we roast. That's why we're so big on Fair Trade Organic.

Then, to further ensure high quality and flavor consistency in every cup of coffee (and because we're control freaks), we insist on roasting our own beans at our Jamaica Plain store and have been doing so since 1999.

For our customers who love our J.P. Licks coffee as much as we do, bags of your favorite blend of fresh roasted coffee beans are available for purchase.

We like to stay up late, but we still manage to open our doors at the crack of dawn. You can stop by our J.P. store as early as 6 a.m.; One Brigham Circle as early as 7 a.m. and at Coolidge Corner at 9 a.m.
