Housing crap, move along if it don't apply

Hi Neighbors, it's that time again for the mad dash of finding non-suck living arrangements! Last summer my search was brutal, please help me make it better :)

I just wanted to fling this plea of decent housing here in case anyone knows anybody, otherwise carry on your lovely davis square day!

A quick breakdown: I'm looking for a year lease on Sept 1 in the $600 range, with T access and parking. I'm in Ball Sq right now, so moving even closer would be swell. I'd sorta rather not be in Teele, and don't want to get any further out. No crazies unless you're goodcrazy, and please be kitty friendly....

i don't mind paying extra if there are some things already included, like internet and whatnots.
my kitty has lived with other kitties and not too much fur flied, i think she'd like to have some company again since i'm gone a lot.

Just off the bike path, about halfway between Willow & Cedar--it's a great location. The $675, though, is just for rent--depending on the season, the cable/net/gas/electric can run from around $100/mo. each (that for 2 people living here) to over $225/mo. (gas & electric are the biggest part of that, w/gas being much higher in the winter & electricity being higher in the summer, of course). This may well be too expensive for you, but...*sigh*

BTW, is your kitty a tortie? She looks as if she's 3-colored, and she's absolutely adorable! My Jezebel is my 18 lb. tortoiseshell bed fungus, w/major "tortietude", as it's known. (OK, must stop before this turns into the "my cute cat" thread...)

HA, kitty bedfungus! i'm not positive what mine is, she resembles maine coon and is a complete cuddlebug. she always wants to be included and acts a little like a dog sometimes. i just got her groomed for the first time, and by that i mean she looks like a goddamned poodle and i'll never do this to her again! but yes, must control cute kitteh talk before the snarks attack.

oh and i think we know some of the same people! i know morgan and dee through my former roomie ;)
