hullo there, i posted a plea here sometime this week with a link to my craigslist ad, i can circle back with it when i have more time.

this would sound ideal for me, though the price is a bit more than i was hoping to spend, but my main concern is that i have a Very fluffy cat. i'm looking for someone who will show her some affection as i have two jobs and am gone long days, she's kind of a cuddlehog and gets lonely so it's lame but important to me...

I actually saw your post and thought of commenting, but somebody else had replied re: a $675 apartment and you said it was too steep, so that's why I didn't comment. Unfortunately I can't negotiate on the price...the rent is set by the landlady at $1350, so split it's $675.

As for the kitty....I have had cats in the past (even growing up) and I do like them and play with them, cuddle while watching movies etc....I just keep up on my allergy meds for all that. The "no admittance to my room" is so that I don't have to worry about allergy attacks overnight and have an allergy free zone if I get too bad of an attack (it's basically just hayfever gone wild, nothing dangerous or anything)

well currently i pay $550 in ball square and can just barely manage to not live like a total pauper, so i'd really like to stay as close to that number as possible... yet i realize that in boston this generally means resignation to a 7x8' room of unhappiness and Fails.

i'm also looking for a job with less suck and more pay, meaning if i can snag one in time that would hopefully change my limitations.
your library is kickass, two comfychairs with ottomans!! just out of curiousity, is it possible to make that the living room and make it into a 3br place?

i'm just starting the search for a place, but if it is full of fails as i'm afraid it is, i'll hafta raise my limit and just go back to eating ramen like college dayz :/

Unfortunately that wouldn't work as all the rooms are connected to the main throughway...i.e. you have to walk through the living room to get to the library and the first (open) bedroom, and walk through the library to get to the kitchen, my bedroom, bathroom etc. There's no hallway anywhere...just rooms.
