Gutter cleaning?

My out-of-state landlord asked me to initiate the process of getting our gutters cleaned. It's long overdue. Any recommendations of local companies out there?

I use American Gutter Cleaning, (978) 851-6884. I've never seen them do their thing, but my gutters still work, and they let me schedule my next gutter cleaning 6 months in advance by leaving a little slip in my mailbox.

I use JLM Gutter Cleaning (800) 362-0933, whom I found through Angie's List. Last year, I signed up for them to come once a year automatically, in the fall, after the trees release. There are options for more frequent gutter cleaning and they're flexible with their scheduling, too.
