Parking Space for Rent

Hi all!

I've posted this on Craigslist, but wanted to cross post here as well. We've got a parking space in our private parking area for rent. Our landlord tacks on a set amount to the rent for each unit to guarantee it, but we no longer have a car. Therefore, we'd like to share the wealth.

We're asking $150.00 per month, or also willing to rent for $50.00 weekly. There are no restrictions. Park when you like, come and go as you please and no need to worry about safety/security.

We live in a multi-family home on Sycamore Street in Winter Hill. We are a five minute walk to both the 80 bus to Lechmere and the 89 bus to Sullivan. Ideal for commuters, or just those who want somewhere to leave your vehicle.

Maybe prices near you are higher, but in my little neighborhood I've seen a couple of ads this summer for around $100 a month (walking distance to Porter or Davis).
