The apartment is GREAT. Cozy, comfortable, lots of storage, great neighborhood, within walking distance to buses and close to rt 93. I ADORE this apartment (srsly), and if I could stay, I would. If you have any questions about it, I'd be happy to answer them in comments, as well.

The lease re-starts on August 1, but you can move in any time between July 27 and August 1.
ABOUT THE PLACE:
Five-minute walk to the Medford Square bus stop (94 and 96, with express routes downtown)
Close to Tufts, Davis, Ball Square -- cute quiet street just seconds away from everything
Gorgeous pre-war two-story -- our landlord lives upstairs, while we have the downstairs unit
Very accessible and friendly landlord
Fully furnished common spaces -- living room, formal dining room with built-in hutch, kitchen with in-unit washer and dryer, recently refurbished bathroom
TONS of basement storage space
Front and back porches
Quiet side street, across from a park; street is mostly families and young professionals
Plentiful on-street parking, no permit needed
Ceiling fans in all rooms except kitchen and bathroom
$675 per month, water included
Heat is oil, and we fill the tank about four times a year
Stove is gas -- not like I really know how to use it, since I subsist almost entirely on Hot Pockets
IMPORTANT NOTE: Place also comes with long-haired, friendly, fat kitten. Well-behaved, playful, and the total love of my young, burgeoning-cat-lady life. Cat toys litter the wall-to-wall carpeting.
ABOUT THE BEDROOM:
12x12, just painted last year
Unfurnished -- you bring your bed and whatever else you need
Decent-sized closet
Hardwood floors
ABOUT ME:
Female 23-year-old Massachusetts native, more degrees than absolutely necessary, local university employee
Friendly, nerdy, talkative
Extensive TV-on-DVD collection
Large collection of local take-out menus
Owner of most comfortable couch on the planet (in the living room for your relaxation needs)
HUGE local sports fan -- living room comes with giant Red Sox blankets for maximum coziness
ABOUT YOU:
Female, out of college, gainfully employed
Keeps any party-like tendencies outside the house -- I can enjoy a good house party, of course, but it has to be, you know, in someone else's house
Cat-friendly (between upstairs, downstairs, and outside, this is a four-cat house)
Nerd-friendly
Reasonably clean -- I prefer to describe myself as "cluttered," in that I vacuum regularly but leave my shoes in strange places
Are you a fellow young, professional, cat-loving nerdy Sox-fan female? (We're pretty common, from what I understand.) Then trust me, this is the place for you. I love my house so for both of our sakes, we should sit down and talk before deciding anything.
