yes, it's YET ANOTHER yard sale. in case you can't get enough of these. i know i can't.

we'll be having our yard sale THIS SUNDAY the 13th, from 10am to 2pm.
we even have some free stuff, ready for you to take if you want it -- see the list in the lj-cut.

the rundown--
place: 88 Broadway, Arlington -- right over the Somerville line, stone's throw from Clarendon hill. (you can take the 88 to Clarendon or 77 at the Capitol theater on Mass Ave and walk down Winter Street to Broadway.)
time: 10am to 2pm. NO EARLY BIRDS PLEASE
what we've got for you:
* tools -- TONS OF THEM. from small hand tools (wrenches of every imaginable size, sanders, screwdrivers, yard tools) to large yard and carpentry tools (mulcher, snowblower, leaf blower, grass cutter, table saw).
* lots and lots of cookbooks, especially Asian foods, also textbooks and bartending books
* instructional home repair DVDs, VHS and books
* small furniture (apartment-sized), including storage furniture
* women's clothing

the free stuff --
* LUMBER! we have a huge pile of lumber in our garage. this is cut lumber (boards and beams). a lot of it is quite long, so you might need a truck to take some of this stuff away.
* tubing, lots and lots of plastic tubing
* lots of home-repair knick-knacks and tools that we don't even know what they are. things with gauges and such on them. a tinkerer's delight?

priced to move et cetera!

also please be careful if you use google maps to find our address that you note this is specifically 88 broadway in *arlington.* there is an 88 broadway in somerville and people sometimes go there accidentally while trying to find us.

let me know if you have any questions. thanks :)

Hi! Any more info on the PVC? My husband is a self employed plumber and right now with the market so bad he is super slow...any products he could use for cheap would be awesome :)

I won't be there, alas. But if I were, I'd buy a sander. I don't know why. I just would.

Hey you , speaking of yard sales, still got that stuff to donate to the fundraiser? I have cleared out space in my basement. If you're around this evening, I'm free until about 11. I should also be home during most of the day tomorrow.

Back in Schenectady, I had an electric snowblower with an extention cable... like anelectric lawn mower. Itwas small, but nice for the size I needed...

It was pretty old... still worked though.

did we ever figure out which is the good snowblower? and I thought we were craigslisting the big items?

Message from countlibras' sister...

Hope you sell lots of stuff! (Good Lord, my dad had 5 sanders??)

Oh, and "PapaBunny" (aka my husband) will drop off a few things for ya early Sunday morning (garment rack on loan, some stuff for you to sell, as we discussed with my sisters.)

Thanks for posting this. Sunday yard sales are pretty unusual. Do you know the size range for the women's clothing?

I shouldn't speak for my sisters...

but since they haven't responded, and it's 11PM- I'd venture to guess sz 2-8; and I don't know if their roommates are selling any women's clothing. HTH!
