Potentially lost kitten?

I was walking toward Liberty Avenue from Hall Avenue and I saw a small kitten on the sidewalk. I'm not sure of her age or what breed, but her tag read the name Cairo and there was a 978 or 918 number that I couldn't completely read, because the cat decided to bolt.

I could be totally wrong, but I'm assuming she was lost because she seemed awfully little to be roaming around the block.

You should see if you can find her again and take her to the SPCA. I'm sure that her owners will call. She might also be microchiped.

I didn't see her this morning, so I'm hoping that she's either at the SPCA or back home safe.

And yeah, I guess I'm kinda hard to miss ;-)
