Does anybody here have any experience with Krank It Up Car Audio & Security on Mystic Ave? I just need to make my car's built-in sound system go from not working to working, so I'm sure I can get this fixed many other places, but they already said they could do it Saturday morning, which is a plus.

I used them for a new stereo and they were great. Better prices than other shops, very accommodating on times to come in, and they did a great job with some custom fab work to hide the speakers. I'd definitely use them again.

I had them install a remote starter on my partner's car and they did a good job with that as well.

They installed a remote starter for me. They missed something that made my car battery die, but they were really good about admitting the mistake and fixing it. I would go back to them.

I took my vehicle there 2 weeks before Christmas last year. I brought them a Sony CD deck I purchased elsewhere with the case and wires. They installed it for me (most places wont install decks they dont sell) AND even though it was so close to Christmas with them booked solid they allowed me to drop the car off Friday night and pick it up Saturday. So they squeezed me in, did an excellent job and the work was A-ok.

Just dont go in the winter when their tiny parking lot turns into a ice rink.

They chose a color-coordinated antenna for my helmet, but didn't have a Bluetooth connector to go wireless to the sub-woofer in my basket >:-P

I had a stereo purchased online installed and they did a careful job not scratching anything and clean. 6 months later, the stereo shorted out and would continuously blow fuses. Took it back and they fixed it free - without an appointment while I waited.
