Green Tomato 2 opening delayed a week

I was about to try the breakfast at Green Tomato 2 this morning, but decided I'd better call first. Good thing I did. They did not open on August 1st as originally advertised. They're now shooting for a "soft opening" on Thursday, August 7, followed by an official opening on Sunday, August 17.

(Green Tomato 2 is the restuarant replacing Boloco, at 187 Elm Street.)

My first reaction when I saw an 8/1 opening date was "that's an awfully ambitious schedule for setting up a restaurant, even if it's just rearranging the kitchen..."
