Available Sept. 1. I'm a 24 yr old bi/queer 'professional' (nonprofit-economic development). I'm looking for a female or trans roommate, but I'm willing to talk with everybody. I have a cat, but additional pets are negotiable-just not cats or dogs. The apartment is a 2 bd rm with hd wd floors, large dining and living room, kitchen, full bath, working fire place, and lots of light. There is on st./permit-free parking and coin laundry in the bldg. We can share DSL if you're interested. Location: just above Union sq. 1 1/2 miles to porter, davis, and sullivan sqs. Buses to green, orange, and red lines. rent is $700 plus a $700 deposit and includes heat and hot water.
