Apartment for rent September 1st just outside Davis Square, $750 a month

Due to circumstances, I need to vacate my apartment right outside Davis Square by the end of the month, and I'd like to be able to help out my landlord(who's a really nice, cool guy) and find someone who can replace me. It's a nice little place, two-room studio(i.e., kitchen and a bedroom, plus a bathroom), with a small closet, heat and electricity not included, but very reasonable,; the apartment stays warm in the winter and relatively cool in the summer.
