Honk Fest?

Has anyone heard anything about Honk Fest this year? I'm hoping it's coming back to Davis. Last year rocked!

I went last year, and I found the activism to be rather subdued. Just a lot of hippies with horns. I wish somebody had at least busted out the marching band version of "The Hand That Feeds" or something.
