needed: real hardware store

can anyone recommend a real hardware store in the area? the sort of place that stocks parts for lawnmower engines, that sort of thing. i need some fuel line for a motorcycle; the dealers can't help me, and auto parts stores carry only high-pressure fuel line in sizes too small or too large for this application, or vacuum hoses too small.

i'm basically looking for a good old fashioned hardware store that carries a bit of everything. Tags and Economy Hardware don't have what i'm looking for.

any suggestions would be appreciated! :)

Hillside Hardware on the corner of Boston Ave and Curtis St. in Medford. It's right on the 96 busline. They're great. Over the years they've sold me all sorts of weird things. Once I bought just the handle for a plunger (I still had the bottom). You tell them what you need and they'll go off and forage in the (very tall, wonderfully overstuffed) racks for what you need.
