Lamp oil's pretty easy to get; it's just mineral oil, for the first thing. For the second, as much as I hatehatehate shopping there, walmart carries it. but then, I think TAGS might, too.
I have a half full 64 oz bottle of unscented lamp oil that I have been 'saving' until I figured out where to dispose of it. Yours if you want it (i'm half a block from the cupcake place).
The tag on it says ACE - so I imagine they still sell it and maybe the wicking too.
