The Nave Gallery presents “A December Salon: An Affordable Art Sale!”

(Somerville, MA) The Nave Gallery presents, “A December Salon: An Affordable Art Sale!” The exhibit will open on December 4th and continue through December 14, 2008.

“A December Salon: An Affordable Art Sale!” will feature the work of over 50 artists from the Boston area. The wide variety of original work shown during this 8 day exhibit includes painting, photography, glass, mixed media, and more. All work will be affordable and priced not to exceed $400. Work will be displayed Salon Style. Buyers can take the work immediately with them. Last year’s Salon included over 150 original works of art. We expect this year’s exhibit to exceed that number as the Salon continues to grow in popularity among both artists and art buyers. Twenty percent of the sales go to benefit the Nave Gallery curatorial program. Images are available upon request.

The exhibit will open with a reception on Thursday, December 4, from 6-8 p.m., featuring live music from Milo Jones. (URL: http://www.myspace.com/mistermilojones)

Will the sold art works be replenished with new ones as the exhibition goes on? Or should one really show up on the 4th for the best selection?

Thank you for enabling comments.

I don't know why LJ is not turning your URLs into links. It does that for most other people.
