Don't forget the last Davis Sq Farmers Market of the season is today. I believe the flower people from Vermont (the ones that used to be at the market every week, but didn't come this summer) will be here today with their beautiful Christmas wreaths.

Last week there was someone there selling wild cranberries. She didn't know if she would be able to make it this week or not, though. Mmmm.

The wild cranberries aren't there, but holy cow - those wreaths are AMAZING! They are absolutely beautiful. I didn't get one because I didn't think it would survive my bike commute, but I consoled myself with an equally gorgeous dried-flower bouquet. So pretty!

There's also a really decent amount of stuff that can be stored for a while - onions, potatoes, squash, etc. They are really nice at telling you how to make your foods last longer.

Also, I think Enterprise Farm (http://www.enterpriseproduce.com) still has shares available for their Winter CSA, which has a dropoff from 1-4:30 on Weds. in the farmers market parking lot starting next week.
