Dave’s Fresh Pasta: Pouring wines and tasting cheeses and snacks; Fiore di Nonno handmade fresh mozzarella will be making and sampling fresh mozzarella. Any wine or cheese featured tonight will be 10% off; buy 6 or more of the featured wines and get 15% off.

I think she meant you'll "roll the dice" to see what discount you get, and the highest you can roll is 60%. Think of it like spinning the wheel on Wheel of Fortune. Cibeline did something like that last year, and it was fun.

when you get to the counter, you roll a die and whatever number you get (times ten) is your discount.

everybody gets something and if luck is on your side, you can get a great deal.
