Illuminations ticket available

Due to other obligations being snow-delayed, I'm going to have to skip the Illuminations tour tomorrow night at the last minute.

Since I know it's sold out, I wondered if anyone might want my ticket: it's for Trolley B at 7:30. If you'd be able to pay me back the $10, that would be great, or even part of it. But even if not, maybe someone who still wants to go would like a guaranteed ticket rather than having to wait and hope for a seat.

You'd have to pick the ticket up in the Davis Square area some time tomorrow- please let me know if interested, so we can sort when and where out off list.

Would your obligation allow you to go at 8:45pm? I have a ticket for that time, but it would make me late for something else I want to do tomorrow night.

Unfortunately not- it's a company party with a sit-down dinner, so there's no chance of that.

If no one else can use the ticket, I'd as soon swap w/ you as have it go to waste, but I'm rather wait a bit in case someone doesn't have one at all.

Can you still use the ticket? No one else seems to want it, so if helps you out, you're welcome to it. I'll probably be up in the Davis Square area in a hour or so, and leaving again about 5:30. Not really. There's one or two personal blogs that sort of track local events, but if there's a main community, equivalent to this one, I don't know about it. (It might have to be more limited than all of Dorchester, though- that's a pretty big area.)

I mean, dorchester exists but doesn't get much use. Maybe you can revive it. I've wondered whether some other forum or mailing list or bulletin board was used instead as the main medium of electronic discussion for Dot.

I didn't actually know about that list. (Will have to have a look!) I only moved in from the suburbs a few months ago, so I'm probably not the best person to ask.

I just talked to your friend, and he can pick the ticket up from other people here if I've left, so it should all be sorted out.
