Room open near Davis, 2/1!

My current roommate and I are seeking a 3rd to fill a spot opening up in our apartment! (Cross-posted to craigslist)



We have a great 3 BR apt near Davis & Tufts with a room to rent, starting February 1st! Second floor apt, 3 BR, 1 bathroom, big newly renovated kitchen with a breakfast nook, and a TV room--there's also driveway parking, and NON coin-op laundry in the basement!! Attic storage space, and we also have a back porch sun room, as well as a small front porch. Utilities include gas heat, electricity, and cable & internet. All shared rooms are already furnished, including our huge HD TV! Our landlord is a great guy, very nice and quick to respond to any calls, although we've rarely needed to call.

The roommates: Joe & Katie are both 28. Katie works in publishing and Joe is finishing school. We're friends and hang out often, enjoy chilling out at home and watching TV or catching a movie. We're both laid back and friendly and like an open and communicative atmosphere at home, we like having friends over and being social, but aren't throwing parties all the time by any means. We hope to find a roommate who'll fit in well and feel at home here!
