davis_squareI was at Downtown Wine & Spirits this afternooon and noticed that they had a sign posted which said:
Open EVERY day until 11pm -- EVEN SUNDAY!
I didn't know that they were open so late...and I figured I couldn't be the only one out of the loop. So. If you ever have any late-night alcohol needs in the Davis-Porter area...you know where to go.

Date: 2004-08-02 03:09 pm (UTC)I also noticed they're launching their website and webstore (with delivery!), bostonliquors.com (http://www.bostonliquors.com/), though when I first checked they didn't have PBR available for delivery.
I dunno, this could just be a terrible idea for my house.
Anyway, though, I love this place. It's been my liquor store for almost four years running; I know most of the people that work there at least enough to say hi on the sidewalk on off-days; they're always handy for a wine suggestion, and they seem to genuinely enjoy bringing in special events and tastings.
Props to them.
